Dr. Alberto Teramoto Ohara
Dr. Teramoto is a distinguished dental surgeon, graduating from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, where he began his path in dentistry. He later specialized in Orthodontics at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, and earned his Master’s degree in Dentistry from Universidad Latinoamericana, establishing himself as an expert in his field.
With over twenty years of teaching experience, he currently shares his knowledge as a professor at the Universidad Tecnológica de México and at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). His academic contributions stand out through numerous scientific publications and presentations at both national and international conferences.
Dr. Teramoto combines rigorous training and clinical expertise with a warm, human touch, ensuring every smile is in the best hands.

Published the article “The first Japanese dentists in Mexico and their influence on the development of dentistry.” Teramoto Ohara, A. Revista Odontológica Mexicana, 22(2), 62-64. He resumed his position as Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the Latin American University, a position he continued to hold until 2020. Also gave an academic presentation at the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

Dr. Teramoto is an orthodontist with a distinguished international career, combining clinical excellence, cutting-edge research, and a passion for teaching. She earned her Dental Surgery degree at Universidad Latinoamericana, and continued her education at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, where she specialized in Orthodontics and earned her PhD in Dental Sciences.
She is currently part of the academic faculty at UNAM, serving as Professor in the Department of Orthodontics. Her innovative research has been published in top scientific journals and presented at both national and international conferences.
With her global perspective on dentistry, Dr. Teramoto brings to our team the perfect balance of science, dedication, and personal care for every patient.

Proffit Resident Scholar Award.
